How does it work?

• Investors

  • Operators and Investors only (VC, Growth, CVC, Family Office, Accelerator Investors, Angel Syndicates, or similar) based outside of Italy (both fund and person).
  • Each Investor will be matched with up to 3 companies (min 1), consistently with the areas of expertise/stage (we will try our best!)
  • Commitment is to meet at least once (1 hour total can be split into 2 calls of 30 min) with each of the matched startups

• Startups submit their applications

  • Applications Open Date: February 6th, 2023
  • Applications Close Date: February 28th, 2023 (midnight at the end of this day)

• Matching

  • Applications are reviewed by the Italians in Team and to each selected company is assigned to a mentor. (based on different factors including the fit with the investor and help needed)
  • The startups selected for the office hours will be matched commencing approx. March 15th, 2023 onwards
  • Unfortunately we can’t match everyone so we will let you know that week as well if you have not been selected
  • After an introduction, companies and mentors autonomously organize at least 1h session (which can be split into 2 meetings) to collect feedback, receive tips and try to address all startups’ pain points.

How do I apply?

• The application form is pretty simple, you have to provide us only basic information about your company (e.g., name, domain, year founded, industry vertical, stage, etc.) and the reasons why you want to take part in the IFOH.
• No application will be accepted after the deadline date.
